Working with YTL Land and Retail’s executive team and YTL Corporation’s Investment team, we:
Provide on-going strategic planning and guidance to the executive team; including change management and competency development
Develop group-level Digital and Omnichannel strategies and capabilities across several retail businesses.
Set-up and lead a group-level Digital Practice to rapidly build internal competencies in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and analytics, and to assist the different retail businesses in their digital projects.
Scoped, developed and launched a high-end lifestyle and luxury fashion e-commerce platform for its retail operation business; offering e-commerce capability to its brands and other tenants.
Craft and develop signature Omnichannel experiences encompassing Physical, Human and Digital elements for one of its flagship property in Kuala Lumpur, addressing all aspects of the business stack, from retail-technology and digital assets development to loyalty customer journey.
