With limited in-house online expertise, SourceByNet partnered with OmniStrada to lead the digital transformation of their operations in order to tackle a fast-changing and disruptive competitive environment.

Working with the C-Suite and management team, we:

  • Identified business opportunities and articulated digital and e-commerce strategies to increase SourceByNet’s digital capabilities and meet B2B and B2C client expectations

  • Conducted an in-depth customer landscape assessment and developed targeted omni-channel strategies and marketing roadmap to position and grow the brand on key B2B, B2B2C and B2C segments.

  • Benchmarked against industry trends, competitors, disruptors and category leaders to define the  digital roadmap and develop key customer journeys.

  • Built a B2B enterprise lead generation platform that supports service-based customer journeys

  • Developed SourceByNet online catalog of furniture and tiles products, to capture new customer segments, validate and quality product-specific enquiries, while streamlining operations and centralising customer data.
