Working with the C-Suite and management team, we are:

• Re-platforming the incumbent online platform from Magento Community to SalesForce Commerce Cloud, market leader cloud-based SaaS e-commerce solution

• Building a strategic roadmap for true omnichannel experiences connecting brand.com, marketplaces and B2B businesses

• Benchmarking against category leaders in Health and Nutrition to define the platform roadmap and deliver a seamless customer journey and experience with the brand

• Supporting the business through platforms and solutions evaluation, technology and vendors selection (RFQ briefs and assessments), vendors on-boarding and execution

• Providing hands-on Project Management during solution development and implementation, coordinating internal stakeholders and vendors - complete #ProjectActualisation

• Leveraging the power of CRM and marketing automation and connecting it to SalesForce Commerce Cloud on both offline and digital channels to drive seamless integration
