Facilitated co-creation workshops to develop Personas, Empathy Maps and Customer Journeys; designed unique and authentic signature omnichannel experiences across online and offline touchpoints, for a new network of healthcare clinics in Indonesia.
Determined the necessary omnichannel business solutions required to deliver ECMP signature experiences, new touchpoints and digital assets; led the scoping of each user experience, elaborated detailed vendors briefs and developed future departments SOWs.
